I sit comfortably, knowing I will not be disturbed. With my eyes closed, I center my thoughts on my breathing. With each breath in, I count backwards from ten, one number for each breath. When breathing out I silently say "Deeper" and feel my body slowly sink into a calm, cool darkness. At number one, I am relaxed and free from the physical world.

With my mind, I trace the rune of light, Wunjo. It glows red, then fades to the light blue of the sky. I look at the sky blue glow and it flows to my throat. My voice clears and everything around me begins to sparkle in a soothing light. I feel wonderful. All my worries fade under the light. A grin forms on my face. I am so happy, I can't stop grinning. the more I grin, the happier I feel. The more I grin, the more I know everything will work out fine. Life is good.
