| Note: This ritual is similar to the love ritual with the rune Berkana. Dreams are a great way of communicating feelings to another, but beware of the emotions you use. You can create nightmares and other distressful emotions for your target. Don't forget the laws of attraction.
I sit comfortably, knowing I will not be disturbed. With my eyes closed, I center my thoughts on my breathing. With each breath in, I count backwards from ten, one number for each breath. When breathing out I silently say "Deeper" and feel my body slowly sink into a calm, cool darkness. At number one, I am relaxed and free from the physical world. With my mind, I trace the rune Laguz; it glows blood red. The red glow slowly fades to a soothing rose color. The rose drifts down to me and fills my chest. I feel strong and calm. When my chest is full of the rose glow, I look in front of me and see the one I choose to influence. I notice all the details of that person. Once I have created them as completely as I can, I release the rose in my chest into their image. I am now connected to the image, and everything I feel and think becomes a part of their dream. I picture what I want them to know with all the emotion I can create. I slowly count to five and open my eyes. My target's dreams will now include what I have added. The ritual is over. |

When the blue touches my eyes, I hear a voice in my head. It is a quiet, soothing voice whispering answers to my questions. Almost before I know what to ask, the voice has the answer. That answer is the perfect solution for me. The more I listen to this voice, the easier it is to hear. This guide was always here and now it is easily reached just by asking. Once I feel I have the answer, I slowly count to five and open my eyes. The ritual is complete. |
