Have you ever felt like you are all alone, with no help and nobody cares? Well, you are not alone, there is plenty of help, and many do care. You just don't know how to contact that help.

Of course, I'm talking about spirit guides.

Spirit guides can be many things:
• The recently dead: Often the dead stay connected to their past lives until they are ready to go on to their next life. These spirits tend to remain focused on the physical world.
• The not so recently dead: One aspect of spiritual evolving requires helping others. Many of the dead use their "dead" time helping the living. These guides are readily available once you learn how to communicate with them.
• Astral entities: The astral realm has many native inhabitants, such as the "pink elephant" seen by the heavily intoxicated. When you open yourself to spirit guides, you will run into some new critters not native to the physical world. They are just like us; most are harmless, but some need to be watched closely. Many "Demon" encounters are simply astral entities.
• The telepathic living: We, as a race are all connected. Those with more evolved telepathic abilities regularly leave mental and emotional impressions on those around them.
• Your higher self: We are all connected together through our Race Consciousness. This consciousness is our collective guidance once known as instinct or intuition. As a race, we have been disconnected from this instinct in order to develop our individuality. That guidance is still there, but you must learn to reconnect to it without losing your individuality.
• Another Race Consciousness: All races have a race consciousness, or instinct. This consciousness is, in fact, an intelligent guiding force we can communicate with. The animal spirit guides used by many native Americans are a race consciousness.
